A devastating fire outbreak has ravaged a tenant apartment at Fagbola Estate in Ile-Oluji, the headquarters of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government of Ondo State, leaving residents in shock and despair. 

The incident occurred at midnight on Sunday, January 4, 2026, and resulted in the total loss of property.



According to reports, the fire affected a single apartment, but its ferocity was so intense that it left nothing intact.


Unfortunately, two people were hospitalized due to injuries sustained during the inferno.


The cause of the fire is still unknown, and authorities are yet to release an official statement. 


This incident raises concerns about fire safety measures in the estate and the response of emergency services.


The incident has sparked an outcry, with residents demanding answers and calling for improved safety protocols to prevent such incidents in the future.
