The Nigerian Police Force (NPF) is still accepting applications for the 2025/2026 recruitment exercise, with the deadline fast approaching on January 25, 2026. 


The Police Service Commission (PSC) announced that 50,000 police constables will be recruited to strengthen community policing, enhance internal security, and expand the manpower base of the Nigeria Police Force.


To apply, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria, which include:

- *Age*: 18-25 years for General Duty and 18-28 years for Specialists

- *Education*: Minimum of five credits in SSCE/NECO/GCE, including English and Mathematics

- *Physical Requirements*: Minimum height of 1.67m for males and 1.64m for females

- *Citizenship*: Nigerian citizen by birth with a valid NIN


The recruitment process involves multiple stages, including online application, aptitude test, physical screening, medical examination, and background verification. 


The application is free, and candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute technical issues.
