Otunba Wole Omogunsoye, Ph.D., has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, marking the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan.

In a goodwill message made available to Opima RealNews, Omogunsoye congratulated Muslims for their dedication, sacrifice, and spiritual commitment throughout the fasting period, describing Ramadan as a time of deep reflection, discipline, and compassion.

He noted that the values upheld during Ramadan—including love, peace, generosity, and selflessness—remain vital for fostering unity and strengthening communities.

“This sacred season serves as a powerful reminder of the enduring values that bind us together as a people. The spirit of Ramadan should continue to guide our actions beyond the fasting period,” he said.

Omogunsoye also prayed for the acceptance of all acts of worship observed during the holy month.

“I pray that Allah graciously accepts your fasting, prayers, and sacrifices, and rewards you abundantly. May this celebration bring joy to your homes, peace to our land, and renewed hope for a brighter future,” he added.

He further urged citizens to continue promoting peaceful coexistence, mutual support, and collective progress in their communities.
