YAN ONDO STATE CHAPTER CELEBRATES PATRON PRINCE BRIGHT ADELEGAN OVER PRESTIGIOUS PHILANTHROPY AWARD


The Youth Assembly of Nigeria (YAN), Ondo State Chapter, has congratulated its Patron, Prince Bright Adelegan, following his recent recognition by the Yoruba Study Group, where he was honoured with the prestigious title of “Most Outstanding Philanthropist & Akoni O’dua of the Year 2025/2026.”

In a congratulatory message signed by the Speaker of the Youth Assembly of Nigeria, Ondo State Chapter, Rt. Hon. Isaiah Oyawale, the organisation described the recognition as a well-deserved honour that reflects Prince Adelegan’s longstanding commitment to humanitarian service, youth empowerment, and community development.

The group noted that Prince Adelegan has over the years demonstrated exceptional generosity, leadership, and dedication to the upliftment of people across communities within and beyond Ondo State. According to the statement, his philanthropic efforts have positively impacted numerous youths and have contributed significantly to initiatives aimed at social progress and development.

YAN Ondo State further highlighted that Prince Adelegan, as the chapter’s Patron, has remained a strong pillar of support and encouragement to young people. His guidance and commitment to youth-focused initiatives, the group said, continue to inspire young leaders to pursue excellence, integrity, and meaningful service to society.

The organisation also commended the Yoruba Study Group for recognising individuals who contribute positively to the advancement of society and the preservation of Yoruba heritage and values.

YAN Ondo State expressed pride in its association with Prince Adelegan, describing him as a distinguished leader whose legacy of philanthropy, compassion, and dedication to public service continues to inspire many.

The chapter concluded by praying for continued strength, wisdom, and greater opportunities for Prince Adelegan to expand his humanitarian efforts and contribute further to the development of society.
