In a statement issued by the Command, authorities said the proactive security measures are aimed at safeguarding candidates, examination officials, and facilities, while also preventing any form of disruption during the examination period.

Candidates and parents were urged to cooperate with security personnel and adhere strictly to examination guidelines. The Police also advised candidates to arrive at their centres early to avoid unnecessary delays and congestion.
Additionally, the Command warned against any attempt to engage in examination malpractice or activities that could compromise the integrity of the process, stressing that offenders would be dealt with in accordance with the law.
Residents in host communities were also encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious movements or activities to the nearest security agency.
The Ondo State Police Command reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the safety of lives and property before, during, and after the examination period.
