AKINTAYO URGES SUPPORTERS TO BACK APC CONSENSUS CANDIDATE IN ILE-OLUJI/OKEIGBO

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government, Ambassador Akintunde Akintayo, has called on his supporters and party members to remain united and support the party’s consensus candidate for the Ondo State House of Assembly election.

In a statement made available to journalists, Akintayo disclosed that following extensive consultations involving Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, party leaders, and critical stakeholders, the APC adopted Akinboyede Bose Ayandokun as the consensus candidate for the Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Constituency seat.

According to him, the decision reflects the collective interest of the party and its commitment to maintaining unity ahead of the forthcoming election.

“The party has unanimously chosen Akinboyede Bose Ayandokun as our consensus candidate,” he stated.

Akintayo acknowledged the support and encouragement he received from supporters across the local government during the consultation process, expressing appreciation to party faithful who stood by him throughout the political engagement.

He, however, urged his supporters, stakeholders, and residents of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo to remain calm, united, and committed to the success of the APC in the constituency.

“I deeply appreciate every individual who stood with me, believed in my vision, and contributed to this journey. I urge all my supporters and stakeholders to fully support Akinboyede Bose Ayandokun as we work together to secure victory for our great party,” he said.

The APC stalwart emphasized that unity, discipline, and collective commitment remain vital to the continued progress and development of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo.

He added that the current political moment presents another opportunity for party members to place the overall interest of the constituency above personal ambition.

“Our shared vision is bigger than any individual ambition. Together, we will continue to build a stronger and more prosperous Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo,” Akintayo added.

He also prayed for continued peace and progress in Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo, Ondo State, and the APC.
