Hon. Akinboyede Bose Okunlola Ayandokun has officially obtained the All Progressives Congress (APC) nomination form to contest for the Ondo State House of Assembly seat representing Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Constituency.
Her declaration marks her formal entry into the race ahead of the forthcoming elections, with a promise to pursue effective representation, grassroots development, and inclusive governance for the people of the constituency.
Speaking after obtaining the form, Hon. Ayandokun described her aspiration as a collective movement aimed at advancing the interests of the people of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo and strengthening development across the constituency.
According to her, the decision to contest is driven by a desire to provide purposeful leadership, amplify the voices of constituents, and facilitate policies and programmes that will positively impact communities across the local government area.
She appreciated APC leaders, stakeholders, women groups, youths, and party members for their support and encouragement, noting that unity within the party would remain essential for electoral success and sustainable development.
Hon. Ayandokun stated that her ambition is anchored on inclusiveness, loyalty, and commitment to the progress of the constituency, while pledging to work closely with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
“I humbly seek the support, prayers, and cooperation of our leaders and party faithful. Together, we can build a better Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo and give our people the quality representation they deserve,” she said.
She further pledged commitment to transparent leadership, youth empowerment, women inclusion, educational advancement, infrastructural development, and people-oriented policies.
Political observers within the constituency view her entrance into the race as another significant development in the buildup to the Ondo State House of Assembly elections, as political activities continue to gather momentum across the state.
