Hon. Simisola Fajemirokun Ajayi has reiterated the need for inclusive leadership and grassroots-driven development across the Odigbo, Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Federal Constituency, emphasizing that sustainable progress can only be achieved when every segment of society is carried along.

According to the APC chieftain, a thriving constituency should be one where youths, women, elders, traders, farmers, and students all feel represented and actively involved in the development process.

Speaking through her media team, Fajemirokun Ajayi stated that communities across the federal constituency deserve leadership that not only represents their interests but also prioritizes practical solutions capable of improving the welfare of the people.

She noted that development should not be concentrated in selected areas alone but should spread across communities within Odigbo, Ile-Oluji, and Okeigbo to ensure balanced growth and equal opportunities.

Fajemirokun Ajayi further stressed the importance of accessibility and constant engagement with the people, maintaining that leadership must remain connected to grassroots realities in order to effectively address pressing challenges facing residents.

The statement also highlighted the need to create opportunities for young people, support local businesses, encourage education, and strengthen women’s participation in community development initiatives.

According to her, meaningful development requires collective commitment, unity, and leadership focused on the overall progress of the constituency.
