ROTIMI AKINWAMIDE CELEBRATES MATO’S APC VICTORY, DRUMS SUPPORT FOR KEKEMEKE AND HIS ASSEMBLY AMBITION


Hon. Rotimi Ade Akinwamide, an aspirant for the Ondo State House of Assembly representing Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo State Constituency, has congratulated Hon. Mathew Oye Oyerinmade (MATO) following his emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the House of Representatives seat representing Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo and Odigbo Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 general election.

In a statement made available to journalists, Akinwamide described MATO’s victory at the APC primary election as a clear indication of the confidence and trust party members and constituents have in his leadership capacity and political experience.

He noted that the outcome of the primary election reflected MATO’s longstanding commitment to grassroots politics, dedication to party ideals, and service to the people of the constituency.

“I warmly congratulate Hon. Mathew Oye Oyerinmade (MATO) on his well-deserved victory at the APC House of Representatives primary election. This achievement is a testament to your hard work, dedication, and the trust the people of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo and Odigbo Federal Constituency have placed in your leadership,” Akinwamide stated.

The Assembly aspirant further expressed optimism about the APC’s chances in the forthcoming elections, while wishing MATO success as preparations intensify for the 2027 polls.

Akinwamide also called on APC members, supporters, and residents of the constituency to unite behind the party’s candidates to ensure victory at all levels during the general election.

He specifically appealed to the people of Ile-Oluji and Okeigbo to support the senatorial ambition of Hon. Isaac Kekemeke, describing him as a committed progressive leader with the experience needed to provide quality representation at the National Assembly.

“As we continue this progressive journey, I passionately appeal to the good people of Ile-Oluji and Okeigbo to come out en masse and support Hon. Isaac Kekemeke in his senatorial aspiration,” he added.

The politician also used the opportunity to seek the support of APC faithful and constituents ahead of the Ondo State House of Assembly primary election, pledging to deliver purposeful representation and impactful leadership if given the mandate.

“I equally seek your prayers, support, and votes as I aspire to become the APC candidate for the Ondo State House of Assembly, Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo State Constituency. Together, we can build a stronger and more prosperous future for our people,” he said.

He concluded by congratulating MATO once again and expressed confidence in the continued progress of the APC in Ondo State.
